Complaints and Suggestions Service

We are interested in your opinion.

You may present your complaints, claims and suggestions on the municipal services through the Town Hall's Complaints Service and receive a reasoned response from the corresponding area or service. 

• Through the following link LÍNEA VERDE. It is a fast, efficient and anonymous system for processing your complaint or suggestion. You must register with a username and password.
• In person or by post to the Citizen's Attention Centre at Calvià Town Hall, Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., c/Julià Bujosa Sans, batle, 1 07184, Calvià. Remember that, if you want to file a complaint in person, you must make a prior appointment for Registry by calling 871510091 or by clicking on the following LINK.
