Procedure:
By request of the interested party or their legal representative, enclosing the relative information to the Department of Urban Services
handling costs:
See regulating bylaw of the municipal tax on sanctuary costs
Documents to present:
1. Title of the concession of the grave / nicho of the place of exhumation.
2. Title of the concession of the grave / nicho of the place of inhumation.
3. Literal Death Certificado from the Civil Registry.
4. If it is judicial: authorization of the corresponding court.
5. If the transfer is to another cemetry: Health permit.
