Validity of the Summer schedule of the Municipal Noise Ordinance
From 15th June 2021, the Summer schedule to carry out works on public roads, works and construction included in the Municipal Ordinance for the protection of the environment against noise pollution by noise and vibrations, which, in article 23.8 establishes that "in the areas of great tourist influx defined in accordance with the provisions of article 21 of Law 11/2014, of 15th October, on Commerce of the Balearic Islands, between 1st May and 31st October of each year, working hours will be between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm on weekdays, Monday to Friday. "
In this way, the resolution adopted in the plenary session of 21st April 2020 is without effect.
