THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT TEAM LISTENS TO THE SECTORS IN ORDER TO ASSIST WITH AIDS
The government team has convened meetings with the representatives of the associated offer and the hotel associations of the municipality to listen to the sector in order to make decisions about aidS and actions to carry out in this year 2021. This is a first contact before proposing support measures for this year to mitigate the effects of Covid, such as the aids announced by the Mayor during the budget debate, of 2 million euros, which will complement the aids launched by the Regional Government and the Consell de Mallorca.
On behalf of the Town Hall, the meeting has been attended by the Mayor Alfonso Rodríguez Badal and the councillors Nati Francés, Marga Plomer, Marcos Pecos and Francisca Muñoz, as well as the general director of Tourism and Litoral, Xavier Pascuet, and the general director of Municipal Coordination, Development Strategic and Local Police, José Antonio Fernández.
The meetings have been attended by the productive sector, representatives of ACOTUR, ABONE, CAEB-Restauración and EMYTRA, and of the hotel associations of the municipality.
