Fiscal calendar 2023 Voluntary payment period

Setting of the fiscal calendar for the voluntary payment period of the municipal taxes of collective notification and annual periodicity

The voluntary payment period for 2023 of the municipal taxes of collective notification and of an annual periodic nature that will later be between 1^st June and 15^th November. It includes:

• Tax on motor vehicles.
• Tax on Urban Real Estate.
• Tax on Rural Real Estate.
• Tax on Real Estate with Special Characteristics.
• Non-tax Patrimonial Public Benefit for the waste collection, treatment and elimination service (Shops and other properties). (Calvia 2000 S.A.)
• Fee for Vehicle Entry and Public Road Reservation. (Shops and other real estate)
• Tax on Luxury Expenses. (Hunting Reserves).
• Fee for occupation of public roads with ATMs.
• Fee for occupation of the public thoroughfare underground through the use of underground chambers and corridors for industrial or private uses.

Taxpayers paying these taxes through the direct debit system will be charged the corresponding amount on 19^th August 2023.

On the other hand, the voluntary payment period for 2023 of the municipal taxes of collective notification and of an annual periodic nature corresponding to the Tax on Economic Activities will be between 1^st September and 15^th November 2023. Given specialties in the management of this tax, it is considered oppropriate to delay the start of the voluntary payment period, so that the Registry is prepared with the data of the definitive registration. Taxpayers paying these taxes through the direct debit system will be charged the corresponding amount on 14^th October 2023.
