The deadline to apply for the jobs that Calvià Town Hall has offered within the framework of the SOIB REACTIVA 2020 Programme opens on 18th February, thus involving the hiring of 106 people, for periods of 4 months. There are currently 67 people working, for 4 months, in different departments and public bodies of the Town Hall. Now the second phase opens, thus allowing the hiring, after the SOIB's selection phase, of another 39 people, who will also work for 4 months.

The Reactiva Programme is an initiative launched by the SOIB that is carried out within the framework of collaboration with local corporations, and is configured as an active policy to promote employment. This programme, which for Calvià has meant 1.006.064,84 euros, is co-financed with funds from the ESF (European Social Fund), within the framework of the Operational Programmes for Youth and Regional Employment 2014 to 2020; with State funds through the Sectorial Conference on Employment and Labor Affairs; with funds to promote sustainable tourism through the Promotion of Sustainable Tourism Commission, and with a contribution from Calvià Town Hall of 269.294,96 euros.

The jobs offered are aimed at unemployed young people under 30 years of age, unemployed people over 30 years old and long-term unemployed people over 30 years old.

To opt for these offers, it is essential to be a job seeker, meet the requirements of each offer and register as soon as possible on the SOIB web page soib.es/soib-reactiva/

From the IFOC (971 13 46 13 or ifoc.es), a telephone, online and prior appointment service will be re-enabled to help people from Calvià register to facilitate the completion of online and telematic procedures. The registration process will end on 4th March.
