THE DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR ORDINARY MAIN RESIDENCE RENTAL AIDS IS NOW OPEN
Calvià Town Hall announces the annual housing rental aids four months after the Covid-19 extraordinary housing rental aids were called.
Thus, until 16th November 2020, Calvià residents meeting the requirements will be able to apply for rental housing aids for which Calvià Town Hall has budgeted an amount of 350.000 euros, which may be increased if it is not sufficient to subsidise all requests meeting the requirements, since the Town Hall treats this type of aids as a right.
In this call, one of the requirements is made more flexible as the applicant will not have to prove that he or she has deposited the rental contract deposit with the competent body, the Ibavi.
Application submission
Applications can be submitted until 16th November.
As a priority, applications will have to be submitted electronically through the Common Electronic Registry of the General Administration of the State, or, in case of having a digital certificate or electronic ID, they may submit the application using the application form * created specifically for this call and which can be accessed through this LINK
* Presentation by application form: it must be duly completed and provide the completed and signed 2020 housing rental aids application form.
For any questions and to help carry out the procedures, the Town Hall has made available to citizens, in addition, the OAC 360º Citizenship Digital Office, an accompaniment service for online procedures, from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and which can be accessed through the telephone 871 510 091, through the email oac360@calvia.com, or through the Crida'm service which can be accessed through this LINK
Only in very exceptional cases it can be done in person by requesting a prior appointment.
GUIDE FOR CALVIÀ ANNUAL HOUSING RENTAL AIDS
WHO CAN APPLY?
The applicant must be registered in the municipality of Calvià.
The applicant must have a housing rental that doesn't exceed 900 euros per month.
The rental home must be the main residence.
The Tax Base (IRPF of 2019) of the income is NOT higher than triple IPREM (1.700 euros per month average or 22.558,77 euros per year (to check in boxes 0435 and 0460 of the annual income tax return), and in the case of general large family 30.078.36 euros and special large family 37.597,95 euros.
The applicant HAS NOT REQUESTED OTHER HOUSING RENTAL AIDS in the period from September 2.020 to August 2.021.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT?
RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION document of the RENTAL AID APPLICATION, by which the Administration authorises to collect the necessary data for its processing, duly completed and signed. You will find it in this LINK
FULL COPY OF THE HOUSING RENTAL CONTRACT - SIGNED ON EACH OF THE PAGES - of the home located in the municipality of Calvià. EXCEPT in the case that it is already in the archives of the housing department and continues to be valid and in the same conditions.
HOW MUCH MONEY WOULD YOU RECEIVE?
Up to 40% of the housing rental income of the rental contract that is equal to or less than 900 euros per month.
FOR HOW LONG?
It can be requested from 18th October 2020 to 16th November 2020.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Validity period: rentals from the months of September 2020 to August 2021.
You do not have to present a deposit. It is not compatible with other rental aids requested during the same period of September 2020 to August 2021.
Documents must be submitted in PDF / Picture format.
Who cannot request it?: Who owns or jointly owns another home.
EXCEPT IF:
You have a % by inheritance.
You cannot dispose of it to be affected by a usufruct, divorce or sentence.
Due to disability or for not adapting to your needs.
Only those monthly rent payments (receipts) duly domiciled in a financial or credit entity or carried out through bank transfers.
RECEIPTS RECEIVED BY HAND or that do not correspond to the monthly payment ARE NOT ALLOWED.
